That question should have been thought out before you installed the new one.
I assume same org?
Is Exchange running in Native mode?
Are they in the same Administrative Group (think 'site' from 5.5)?
Can you move the mailboxes to the new server?
-right click on a user
-Exchange tasks
-Move Mailbox
-select new server
(the ability to do this depends on previous answers)
