Hi William, Thank you..and yes, it is at the same location, site , org, just change the new server. And it is only one exchange server.
so, you means that i let those two exchange server 2000 run at the same time, ( of course with the different computer name ) then only perform the following task you show.. -right click on a user -Exchange tasks -Move Mailbox -select new server then i will be able to see the new user at the new server? right?
