If it's a Win 9x machine, please find and chisel out of the hard drive all
the .PWL files then reboot.

I have seen this most frequently with Win 9x machines that were
configured to login to the incorrect domain.  Verify that the
workstation is logging into the domain that you want them to.

After moving user to different domain, user is getting prompt  for id
password and domain name. We are using exchange 5.5 outlook 2000 window
95/nt/2000 .NT authentication
  How ever user are able to access email.
