You could use a 3rd party product like Disappearing Email or I think the
mailbox manager will allow you to specify email to eradicate.

Subject: Need some help please.

Currently our CVS server sends mail to each engineer using a distribution
group list every time something is update on our CVS server. The mail from
CVS is huge. Each engineer keeps the email forever.
> I would like to create a public folder for CVS and have email sent to the
public folder for permanent storage(not a problem) and to the engineers.
>
> Here's where the problem is.
> After 30 days I would like the email from cvs deleted from the individual
users inboxes.
> Is there a way to do this.
> We are windows 2000 and exchange 2000 shop.
> Thanks in advance.
