am I correct in assuming that message routing *should* take place automatically within the same Routing Group? Do I need to add any connectors or anything?
>> Yes you are correct. No you don't need to add any connectors. -----Original Message----- From: Aaron Kennedy [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: 23 June 2002 05:56 To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: RE: Routing messages between Exchange servers Thanks for the reply. The servers are able to see each other. I can ping by computer name and FQDN. I can map shares, log in to the remote domain across the WAN from either side, and open mailboxes on the opposite domain in Outlook... so I'm sure the VPN is working properly and the servers can see each other fine. The DNS replication appears to be functioning properly, and no errors or warnings are appearing in the DNS or DS logs. This is a second domain tree added to an existing forest. Any other tips or co-authored :) KB articles you could point me at? I guess the other question I have to ask is: ping time and slow connections aside, am I correct in assuming that message routing *should* take place automatically within the same Routing Group? Do I need to add any connectors or anything?
