Yes you will have problems with the SIDs in both cases. When you bring the new machine up you will have to first remove the old server from the domain and recreate a new entry with the same name. (Or allow the machine to create it during the install). If you wanted to bring the old machine back then you would have to remove and recreate the server name again.
