Hmmmmm....

You wouldn't happen to be the "main guy" would you?

Yeah, the main guy is a ZERO as an admin.
However, the other guy doing new accounts, disables, and so on, used to work
for Lotus and is a Kick butt guy. Why he isnt the admin, I don't know

I am thinking it was the admin. We use Notes here, my backups are much
better than 50% of the time, and we have had only 1 quasi-catastrophe
(database format chaged). No info was actually lost, (Notes has an "All
Documents" folder, very handy for quick searches), just that the folder
structure was demolished. We restored from backup. Corrupt databases are
notmally only a lost pointer, and easily fixed.

That is not to say that Notes is the best product for email. I just wanted
to add that you really should not have so many issues running Notes, and
getting the backups to work. I would blame the admin in this case.

I could not have said that better myself.
I am not sure if the last two companies I have outsourced at, if it was
REALLY bad hardware, really bad admin or really bad email servers (Notes 4
and 5). They only backed up successfully 50% of the time. They corrupted
easily.

Nah, we got bought out by another company that uses Notes. Don't get me
wrong, it's a powerful product by damn it's horribly written and nightmare
to use/deploy/manage!! Anyway, thanks for your suggestions - I was able to
empty out Calendar but Notes Migration tool blows up nevertheless.. Off to
Notes mailing list.. See ya!

Sorry, I misread that. Must be day before a holiday. You truly have odd
management. Do they work for Lotus Notes?

Does anyone know if it's possible to delete all entries in user's Calendar?
Sadly, unlike the rest of the normal world, we're migrating from Exchange to
Notes and I'm having problem migrating one user over. Notes Migration tool
blows up while migrating items in his Calendar and I'd like to export it out
to PST first and then delete either the whole folder or it's contents, if
possible..
Server: Exchange5.5 SP4, client: Outlook2000 SR2.
Thanks in advance!
