Illustrious Colleagues: I have a server (Exchange 5.5 SP4) configured with deleted item retention set to thirty days (Public and Private IS's.) One of my fellow administrators, in time of great stress, managed to delete a user's mailbox from within Exchange Administrator. Do any of you know of a way to restore this mailbox, without having to resort to backup tapes? I found a reference (MS: Q273887) about using LDAP to view deleted items within Exchange, but have not had success in restoring the mailbox with this method.
