from reading some of the articles on sp3 I have gleaned that if sp3 says
it's going to change files associated with a particular hotfix you must
reinstall the hotfix after sp3. somebody stop me if I'm wrong. I'm going
to do a little more research before jumping in with both feet. most of my
clients only have production machines so I don't have the luxury of testing
in their environment first.
