You want to know whether the problem is yours, or the recipient's.     Sign
on to gmail or any other mail system besides yours that uses a different ISP
to reach the Internet backbones, and send a message to the same address.
Does it get there or is it NDR'd?  Your question is now answered.

Never seeing this one...   I just got it.   Is it something on my end, or
the recipient?   Should I be alarmed?
 
 
Exch 2003, no Smart Host.
