Ask your SMTP logs whether your outbound transmission was refused or whether they send you a full blown NDR after accepting your mail. If they accepted the mail, their problem for sure. If they refused the mail and you had no other issues with any other outbound mail in the same timeframe, probably their problem.

Sign on to gmail or any other mail system besides yours that uses a different ISP to reach the Internet backbones, and send a message to the same address. Does it get there or is it NDR'd?
