I was informed that my old MCSE 2000 certification is being retired soon. I do not put much weight on such things, and neither does my employer. In fact, I am hardly doing hands on technical work anymore. I am debating on whether to even pursue updating the certification at all. That said, if I don't, and do need it someday, I will need to start over completely. What a pain.
