I need to find out what I need to do to have our VP's Free/Busy schedule show up for one of the Corporate Trainers. It shows up for the VP's Assistant, as he has shared his Calendar with her, and for any Administrator. I thought it was a matter of allowing that user to see the calendar with restricted rights. Exchange 2003, latest SP, Outlook 2000 and 2003 Clients. Thanks.
