To Deploy Custom Toolbars: 1. Tweak the Toolbar in Outlook how you want it. There are a slew of buttons you can add remove rename etc. You can even edit the icons. Don't forget the toolbar on the new message screen. I usually add signature, hyperlink, check name, spelling, etc for my users. 2. Not a perfect solution, but you could remove the Reply All button from the Outlook toolbar. There is a file you could push out to all users that could do that. I have been asked to disable the Reply to All function for at least some of the users on my network. This request may extend to all users in the future. The clients are a mix of Outlook versions, with Outlook 2000 being the dominant one, followed by Outlook 2003, then OWA. I did a quick Google search and came up with a few things seemed to suggest it was possible to do this via admin templates. However, I was hoping for simple solution (say server-side) that didn't require a lot of manual effort.
