That's exactly what I was trying to state. Andy stated differently. I don't control the Exchange box here so I couldn't test it. What you found is what I was used to.

I would love to do this automatically if possible, plus for my own knowledge moving forward. If you remove an address, or several address from the receipt policy(ies) in question it will pull those address off same accounts. It does take a while to sync up but it does work and those addresses will fall off like TVK's clothes at the Blue Oyster club. But, IIRC, doesn't delete any domains previously entered in the AD account (whether manually, or by the recipient policy), no?
