Mario,

Check the source mailbox size.  I don't think we ever got that error, but we 
had some boogers from super large mailboxes that wouldn't crank out into PSTs 
(usually 4.5 gig and higher).

Right click the store that you are trying to exmerge from, and choose 
properties.  Go to the security tab.  There you will see the permissions to 
that store.

You can be a domain admin and still not have adequate permissions for an 
exmerge function.  Recheck your store permissions...
