Oh that's right.... I'm thinking about when you need to add a mailbox to
view, that's when it has to be enabled. You can't add or even see
disabled accounts in A/D when adding that mail user to your Outlook
Client.

Also, mailboxes need to be enabled, not disabled.

Is your store mounted?  You have full admin priveleges to the store in
question?
