Now that we moved from Trend to Sunbelt, I am happy to say we are very pleased with the product. That said, there are so many third party tools that state they can get rid of spam, virus' and other items. However, after having several solutions in place, I found that my TCO was increased by these products, I would search and speak with Tech Support to tweak the products and in turn start asking a lot of questions that seemed insignificant and bothersome to others.
However, I will have to say, since the implementation of Ninja, I have seen a 46% of real-time blocked spam/virus' and 54% of pass through of legitimate email. Our staff will be happy this morning to not see those emails that state: increase your performance, stability, enlargement, sex sites and dates, etc... My sincere thanks to the individuals on the list that suggested we look at Sunbelts solution.
