Oh Guru's of Exchange 2007, a humble student comes with a question. I'm reading through the Exchange 2007 documents about Exchange Active Sync, wireless connectivity and Direct Push.
I'm reading through a paragraph that tells me that Exchange Active Sync's Direct Push will not work over a Wi-Fi like connection (Starbucks or the local yuppie bookstore), but then in the next paragraph the document is defining that "Exchange Active Sync is a protocol that enables mobile access, over the air, to e-mail messages, scheduling data, contacts, and tasks." Now, are we talking about cell service type wireless connectivity, i.e. the web browser that's on the cell phone? My only experience with PDA's has been with an old Dell X3 that had a Wi-Fi connection sticking out of the top and no cell service. John H.
