Create a new global address list, i.e. A-List, setup the default filter of everything. If you restart the CAS you should immediately see that new list at the top of your address lists in OWA. If you don't restart the CAS you won't see it (you'll continue to see "Global Address...")...at least I don't see it. The longest I waited was about 5 days, on a subsequent test in my test environment I waited about 2 days, a restart of the CAS updates OWA immediately. Thanks Mike! -alex
