I had something similar to this on my Vista machine. Everything would zoom in to the highest settings. Made working with the desktop a pain. I ended up having to go back to one monitor (I use two most of the time), reset the graphics card settings and run a virus scan with SAV End Point.
It caught one bug and nuked it. Restarted the machine and no more graphics problems (for now anyway). John H.
