We are using NetSatisFaxtion, running on my print server with 2 x 2-port Brooktrout boards, there is an Agent on my Ex2k Server. Faxes coming in are converted to pdf's and e-mailed to reception that does the distribution manually, it can be set to print also but why waste paper! It also keeps all faxes in a folder for retrieval if necessary. Anyone with Outlook can fax by adding fax: and the number in the to: field. It has DID capabilities but I'm not using that.

It integrates via SMTP, so no need to install it on your exchange box.
