Neil Hobson has series of articles on the how to. It's pretty easy, 1,2,3 and you're done. Patience and let everything sync up. Go through a couple of 2k7 tutorials to learn the new gui, I know you'll like the command line interface, lots of stuff to do there.

We're currently running Exchange 2003 on a Server 2003 machine. I'm going to be moving us to an Exchange 2007 server running on Server 2008. So, how to I direct all of my users (Outlook 2003 and 2007) to the new server? Is there a quick/painless method?
