There are a number of ISPs all over the country that do the same. If the source of the messages is revealed, then one here may have had an experience with the ISP and can relate it here. Of course, it could also be a hoax by someone who thinks this poor fellow has nothing else better to do than to try and track down the non-existent source of the RBL.
