Hi We have Outlook 2003 running on our Citrix servers. The clients are not running in cached mode, because they connect to published apps and could end up on any one of a number of citrix servers.
Recently, users reported that when they attempt to do a search, they get "no items found" This behavior can be reproduced by changing my own Outlook 2003 client running on XP from cached mode to non-cached mode. Several of us here at work have exhausted our Google-fu on this problem. None of the solutions we've found resolve the problem. Has anyone else run in to this, and if so, were you able to fix it?
