Have one users that receives hundreds of emails with attachments per week Eventually the machine starts flaking and won't open the files - cleaning up temp files, internet folders straightens it all out except for .RTF files which they cannot open (error indicates a problem creating the temp file) Oddly if instead of opening you right click and say print it works even though the next question is Open or Save and they select Open.
