We typically keep the account on the server for 60 days (Disabled and password 
changed, all group access removed) just in case we need to get into the 
account, then we pst the box after that time and delete.

When you have an employee leave your business, do you Exmerge their mailbox to 
a pst, then delete?  I'm trying to figure out the best method for keeping old 
users' mailbox contents, without keeping old users' mailboxes.
