P3 133 with 256 MB RAM is the minimum recommended spec isn't it? J

I say he should get a server with a Pentium IV processor of 800 Mhz, and 2
GB of RAM, with at least 4GB of Hard Drive space.

That ought to have him up and running in no time.

Seriously, this is anything but a quick question. Without knowing anything
about your environment we can't begin to help you.

We don't know if you have 10 or 10,000 users, 1 or 100 disks, 1 GB or 1 TB
of mail, are you running Exchange on a desktop PC or Cray?
