No, it isn't. I traced the lookup on <33.249.216.in-addr.arpa.>. There are two authorative nameservers, <unagi.northrock.bm.> and <ebi.northrock.bm.>. <unagi> returns a PTR to <mail.optimum.bm.>, but <ebi> returns NXDOMAIN (non-existent domain).
