I need to make sure my perception of this is correct.

A sender in Italy sends an email to a recipient in the USA in an EST time zone.
The recipient's email is stamped as being sent with the correct local
(EST) time.

So if a sender sends an email at 2:00 PM Italy time it will show up in the
recipient's Inbox time stamped as being sent at 8:00 AM EST. Correct? I need to
make sure there are no variables.

Thanks.
