I'm wondering if it's possible to prevent all auto-forwards of emails outside the company. If I open the Exchange 2007 Management Console, and go to Organization Configuration - Hub Transport, then right click the Default, select Properties and click on the "Format of original message sent as attachment to journal report" tab..... I see the "Allow automatic forward" box is unchecked. Shouldn't this prevent auto-forwards outside the company?
If I try a test message to someone with an auto-forward rule, I get this...... Your meeting was forwarded Johny User has forwarded your meeting request to additional recipients.
