I have two clients that their nickname files keep disappearing. Initially I thought it was user error since one of the users is not very technical. But it has started happening with another user. I've checked all the settings on both machines and can't see anything out of ordinary. I've Goggled and also check KB article on Microsoft's website and can't seem to find anything specific.
