I am sick of getting emails that say "there is a salesman selling cards in reception" and when someone spammed the DL with a hoax that was well-documented on snopes.com<http://snopes.com>, I ended up getting a reprimand from my boss about being harsh to users. I only threatened to remove her ability to send to the DL. Sheesh. I know that we shouldn't give all users the ability to send to it, but I doubt I am going to shift my boss's boss's stance on this one.
