Spammers generally forge all mail metadata -- not just "Reply-to:", but also "From:" and the SMTP reverse-path, too. If you do use an auto-responder, put make sure you put very aggressive spam filtering in front of it. Otherwise, you'll probably end up getting blacklisted yourself, due to the backscatter you'll be generating. -- Ben
