No advice for Exchange 2007, but we had one heck of a time setting it up for Exchange 2003. Still can't send attachments from the iPhone without using a 3rd party app. I've heard that integration with 2007 is better, but we're not quite there yet.
On a related note, a lot of the people that had iPhones turned them back in and went back to the Blackberry. I will let you know that Apple Tech Support is less than useless and Microsoft is somewhat unwilling to help on problems with rival manufacturers.
