Did you follow the instructions to the letter? I just fixed the same problem cause I didn't follow the instructions.
I had used a domain admin account to install the BPS software. Had the exact same problem. Changed all the BB services to use the BESAdmin account. Made BESAdmin a local admin on the BES server and rebooted the server and logged in as Also give the BESAdmin the permissions as per the install docs.
