Has the issue occurred since you cleared the logs and remounted the store?
That's basically the process I went through when my servers ran out of
transaction log sequence numbers. If the issue hasn't recurred, you may be
in the clear.

Rob Campbell touched on another idea too. Have your backups been completing
successfully? Was there an abnormal amount of logs present before you
cleared them out?
