You have a GUID mismatch.

I would spend the money and call PSS.

In 2007+, you'd run a "setup /recoverserver", but that's not an option in 2003. 
You might check out the "Exchange 2003 Disaster Recover Operations Guide" and 
see if it has a section on this.

I checked the computer account is member of Exchange server (running 2003).

After a reboot the store starts but after a while i cannot see mailboxes from 
the EMC, i get this error:

Guys,

I accidentally removed the computer account for our Exchange server.
I was able to connect locally as local admin and rejoin it succesfully. However 
the Information Store wont mount the databases, here are the error logs.
I am in disaster mode right now any help appreciated
