Well, I can't promise that you won't run into any issues, of course - but SP1 is what 2010 RTM should have been. It fixes a gazillion bugs (round numbers), provides feature parity (finally) with Exchange 2007 (and in the case of PF maintenance, with Exchange 2003 finally!), finally moves most common usage (including common RBAC and DAG scenarios) into the GUI, and has been extensively tested (it's been running at MSFT and l...@edu for many weeks, even excluding the half-million TAP mailboxes). A number of features are finally documented in the help files, with an updated TechNet docset following in a couple of weeks.
