Some of the hotfixes it requires a very obscure. Even a system fully patched from Microsoft Update requires at least 4 updates. A new one from the BETA build seems to be 979744 (it isn't in my previous list). Now if the download number on the MSDN code site is to be believed, that update has been downloaded less than 250 times. That number will go up pretty quickly I guess now that Exchange 2010 SP1 requires it.
Hopefully most of those updates will be in a Windows or net framework service pack, so you don't have to install a pile of updates before the install will even start. Most frustrating when you want to build a quick test system to see what has changed from the BETA!
