Yep, we use Trends OfficeScan at that site. It's been in place for some time 
and I can't see any alerts or events in the Trends logs.

I can't really turn of AV while users are on the TS boxes as they are, well, 
prone to push their luck :)

Anyone seen this before? As it's both TS boxes and all users then I'm assuming 
it has to be the Exchange 2007 server but I haven't seen this before and the 
emails that DONT get sent aren't showing in the tracking logs.

Also, if we log on to the users mailbox via OWA the email in the outbox shows 
up in the OWA outbox but we *are* able to send it by opening the email and 
clicking send. Outlook then shows an empty Outbox...until the next time we send 
an email when the whole process starts again.
