Can you see the public folder list on that server? Is .Net Framework 1.1 installed?

I can't seem to make it work, it stops at "getting mailbox list" popup but never goes past 0 mailboxes and 0 percent complete. Tool isn't hung per se as I can drag the box around and clicking the "x" lets me close it half peacefully.. I have the latest version and I get the same result running it on my hub server, a 2003 "utility" server and even an XP box with nothing else on it. Enabling logging to c:\PFDAVAdmin gives me no help either.
