I beg to differ. An account operator can log into a DC and shut it down. A print operator can log into ANY server and shut it down. If an account has control over a server - then the account is a high privilege account, in my book.
This is over and above what you may consider their primary reasons for existence. I don't recommend using any of the built in groups. Use Delegation. That's what it's for - and you can know exactly what you've delegated. The built-in groups are primarily a carry-over from NT4 - when there was no such thing as delegation. Regards, Michael B. I’d hardly say an “Account Operator” or “Print Operator” account was “high privilege” in most organisations. From: Michael B. Installed BES Express today. Happy days actually except I seem to be running into this problem when trying to use one myself: Seems to be caused by this: http://www.diaryofaninja.com/blog/2010/02/27/exchange-2010-fixing-active-synch-issues-for-iphones-and-blackberries Which seems fixable with this: http://www.diaryofaninja.com/blog/2010/02/27/exchange-2010-fixing-active-synch-issues-for-iphones-and-blackberries However I can’t be the only person to have encountered this so I wondered what would be considered the most pragmatic solution please?
