FAILED The following error was generated when "$error.Clear(); buildToBuildUpgrade -ExsetDataAtom -AtomName OrgLevelCt -DomainController $RoleDomainController" was run: "An error occurred with error code '2147950640' and message 'There is no such object on the server.'.".
