Don't specify the organization name. You've already got one.

Subject: Exchange 2010 installation

I'm trying to install exchange 2010 into my current simple network

I have a Windows 2003 Native Domain, Exchange 2003 SP2 all fully patched (2xDC
and exchange 2003 on one of those DC's :()
I added a 2008 DC (2008 Standard 32 bit in ESXi) correctly and left if for a
few days, this has replicated OK (Sysvol share etc)
DCDiag comes back clean

So I install my shiny new server with 2008 R2 64 bit, patch everything that can
be found and then start running through
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb691354.aspx
This goes through fine so then I go back to the exchange setup using this
server for all roles

Elevated command prompt I run
setup /pl - works fine with no errors
setup /ps - as above
setup /prepareAD /OrganizationName:"NemesisGB" - Errors out with

Organization Preparation ......................... FAILED
The following error was generated when "$error.Clear(); buildToBuildUpgrade
-ExsetDataAtom -AtomName OrgLevelCt -DomainController $RoleDomainController"
was run: "An error occurred with error code '2147950640' and message 'There is
no such object on the server.'.".

Everything that google suggests hasn't worked
This included removing failed installs (haven't got that far yet so can't
remove them)
Copying files locally and run from there
Checked all prerequisites again (Including RSAT)
Tried enabling and disabling IPv6
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931751/en-us
Tried different logon accounts

How I missed anything obvious?
Any suggestions welcome?

Thanks

...Spence
