I have 2 small sites I look after like this, given both have non mission critical needs and are price sensitive, I have circular logging enabled [1] and manually perform a VSS snap every night and rsync the data offsite from the exposed snap. The servers remain up and operational 24/7 and I replicate only the delta from a reliable copy.
