Thanks for the help on this! I am very surprized the hosting providers documentation didn't mention this at all! I even contacted their support. I've never had to forward to an external email address before. Is there a work around for this without creating an open relay? The Exchange server will be decomissioned once we have everyone moved to the hosting provider.
