I had a user report an issue today with .xls attachments in OWA.

OWA was stripping out the content leaving a single line "This attachment was 
removed because it contains data that could pose a security risk."

We are running Rollup Update 4 v2.

I have tried the steps in KB 983200

I have added .xls and .xlsx to the Force Save list in the OWA policy.

So far nothing has changed the behavior.

I even went so far as to restart IIS on the CAS.  No change.

Any thoughts?
