People seem to forget things so the President suggest a particular e-mail to be sent out automatically every 3 months to the whole company (250 users). Is there a way in Outlook 2010, E2K7, or do we need a 3rd party solution? I know a secretary can schedule a Task and do it manually but is there a better way?
