After moving users from Exchange 2003 to 2010 we have had multiple users
reporting that their outlook reminders are no longer functioning. It is not
everyone, but we are getting reports from more than 1 user in different
locations.

I have tried starting outlook by going run -> "outlook /cleanreminders" and
even trying "outlook /cleanfolders", but the problem persists. I have also
tried creating a new profile with no luck. Oddly enough the reminders do still
function from Outlook Web Access, which leads me to believe Outlook is at
fault. With some users we have had success by removing Outlook 2010 SP1, but
again there are some users experiencing this without SP1 installed on their
outlook.

If anyone has seen this and found a way to get around it I would appreciate
some feedback.

Thank you,
