I am sorry; I am on multi-site AD and multi-site Exchange 2010 in 2 different countries. In our policy, when a staff leaves, his mail is forwarded to his Manager for 45 days and hence it will be delivered to the manager and no question of NDR. But after 45 days, the mailbox will be removed after archiving. Now what happens? If a mail comes to the removed mailbox, can it be NDR'ed to the sender asking the sender to contact so and so mail id? Appreciate your help.
